1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the terms of access and use of the Yumi application, published by Efficial Web. By creating an account on Yumi, you agree to these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

2. Service Description

Yumi is a nutritional tracking application that allows users to:

  • Keep a daily food diary
  • Track macro and micronutrient intake
  • Receive personalised nutritional recommendations
  • Track their menstrual cycle and adapt their intake accordingly
  • Access recipes tailored to their profile

Yumi is not a medical device and does not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.

3. Registration

To use Yumi, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Subscriptions and Pricing

Yumi offers a free plan with basic features, as well as Premium subscriptions providing access to all features.

  • Current prices are available on the Pricing page
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe
  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed at each billing period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your personal space; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium where performance has begun with your express consent. By subscribing to a Premium plan, you acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal upon activation of the service.

6. User Obligations

By using Yumi, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information
  • Not use the service for unlawful or unauthorised purposes
  • Not attempt to disrupt the operation of the site or access data not intended for you
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Efficial Web

7. Liability

Efficial Web undertakes to provide the service with due diligence. However:

  • Nutritional information is provided for guidance only and may vary depending on sources
  • Yumi cannot be held liable for dietary decisions made on the basis of the data displayed
  • The service may experience temporary interruptions for maintenance or updates

8. Suspension and Termination

Efficial Web reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in the event of:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Fraudulent use of the service
  • Behaviour detrimental to other users or the proper functioning of the service

9. Changes to These Terms

Efficial Web reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action. Failing agreement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
